CM School Psych Services offers comprehensive psychoeducational evaluations in both English and Spanish, designed to support student success academically, socially, and emotionally.
Our evaluations provide valuable insights into each student's strengths and areas of need, empowering parents, educators, and support teams to make informed decisions. 

Psychoeducational and Developmental Evaluations: Our fees are structured based on the type and complexity of the evaluation. An individualized invoice will be generated based on the proposed areas of assessment.

Gifted/Intellectual Evaluations: Gifted/Intellectual evaluations are conducted for a rate of $550.

We offer the following payment options:

1. Cash

2. Credit or Debit Card - An invoice will be sent via email with a secure payment link. Please note that if you choose to pay with a credit or debit card, a surcharge fee of 2.5% will apply.

3. Zelle, PayPal are other methods we accept.

We also offer payment plans. If this is needed, we will create a payment plan with you.

All payments must be completed by the last session.

An evaluation can help in many ways. If you're worried about how your child learns, pays attention, stays motivated, interacts with others, or controls their feelings and actions. Additionally, an evaluation will give insight as to their overall functioning (cognitive abilities, academic skills, learning style, and behaviors).

Yes, we offer 15-minute phone consultations at no charge. Please provide us with your information below, and we will coordinate a day and time to speak.
