CM School Psych Services offers comprehensive psychoeducational evaluations in both English and Spanish, designed to support student success academically, socially, and emotionally.
Our evaluations provide valuable insights into each student's strengths and areas of need, empowering parents, educators, and support teams to make informed decisions.

Psycho-educational

Available in-person or online, offering comprehensive psychological and academic testing. Assessments cover IQ, achievement, cognitive-attentional, and social-emotional areas.

Developmental

Our in-person developmental evaluations cover IQ, achievement, cognitive-attentional, social-emotional, and developmental areas, with duration varying by type.

Gifted

Our gifted evaluations are available in-person or online and include a clinical interview and IQ testing.

Evaluation Process

These assessments identify cognitive, academic, and behavioral strengths and challenges, helping to diagnose learning disorders, inform educational planning, and support mental health.

Psychoeducational

$2800*

Age 6 - 18

Encompasses learning challenges, including attention, emotional, and behavioral disorders.

Assessment includes: intelligence, memory, academic, and neuropsychological assessments, plus a detailed report with intervention recommendations.

Dyslexia Testing

$2400*

Age 6 - 18

Includes intelligence testing, key cognitive skills (e.g., processing speed, memory, visual-motor), and achievement testing in reading, writing, or math.

Assessment includes: a detailed report and intervention recommendations.

Gifted

$800*

Age 6 - 18

 

Includes comprehensive intelligence testing to assess cognitive strengths and challenges.Assessment includes: a comprehensive written report with insights and intervention recommendations.

*$500 deposit required to book initial appointment. Remaining balance due at the time of first appointment.

About

Headshot of Viviana Rubio Santiago

Viviana Rubio Santiago has been working with diverse student populations for over 7 years. She completed her bachelor's degree at Iona University (formerly Iona College). She returned to her home country of Puerto Rico and completed her master’s degree in School Psychology at Interamerican University Metropolitan Campus. After completing her master’s degree, she moved to Florida to work with immigrant students. During a two-year training to obtain her licensure through the Florida Department of Health, under the supervision of a clinical psychologist, she worked with individuals with personality disorders, anxiety, depression, and PTSD.  Since completing her training, Viviana has been working in a Title 1 school to conduct evaluations in English and Spanish, Functional Behavior Assessments, and working with school teams to support students. She has also been conducting evaluations through Vocational Rehabilitation.

Viviana is passionate about working with Spanish-speaking families. She also loves to work with students with ADHD, anxiety, and learning disabilities.
